If your order arrived damaged or did not meet our high quality standards, please reach out so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the shipping box and any damaged or unsatisfactory food items within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our Member Success team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos you captured.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine the best resolution, such as a credit to your next box or a full refund.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, replacements will be shipped in your next scheduled delivery, or refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
